Scholarship Application Information

How Does this Scholarship get awarded:
-     The scholarship is awarded as a gift, to be used ONLY for school expenses (tuition, books, lab fees, purchased through school facilities) The Scholarship Award will be paid directly to the school of attendance on behalf of the student recipient.
-    All documentations MUST include School of Acceptance and Student ID Number.

 

How Long Is the Scholarship Good For:
-    The scholarship is available for ONE YEAR provided the student maintains a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or above (2.75 for Junior or community colleges) for the Fall and Spring semester. Documentations of the GPA and continuous enrollment must be validated prior to the issuing of scholarship monies each semester. No monies will be released without proper documentation. 
-    Previous scholarship recipients may re-apply for this scholarship as long as they meet the requirements.  You can apply each year for the following school years awards.

 

Deadline to Apply:

The Deadline to Apply varies slightly each year. It is usually posted the first week of January each year and deadline to submit is around the middle of February each year… Specific Dates will be on the yearly application

 

Semifinalist will be contacted by phone for a personal interview. All final candidates to be recommended must be able to attend the Spring luncheon in April or May of the year you apply if you are recommended. Selected recipients will be notified by the Scholarship Committee by phone.

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to comply with all GUIDELINES or YOUR SCHOLARSHIP may be in jeopardy of probation, disqualification, or non-renewal.
