St. Luke’s Service Scholarship DBA "Harrington Memorial Fund" Checklist

Spring Official Transcript closeout is for current scholarship recipients only. Must be done prior to May 15, (of current year*).

ALL RECIPIENTS NEED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:

• Photo, snapshot, or small picture for folder

• FALL SCHEDULE (for upcoming year) showing proper number of credit Hours submitted by May 15, (of current year)(Must show Student ID #)

• Fall Official Transcript due December 31, (of year Funds Received) or receipt showing ordered

• SPRING (for upcoming year for funds disbursement) Schedule submitted by December 31, (of Current Year) showing Name and Student ID #

  • 12 credit hours + 3.0 GPA for 4 yr universities; 2.75 GPA community colleges

  • 9 credit hours + Masters degree + 3.0 GPA per semester

  • Quarter systems must equal total hours of semester requirement from the end of July to the end of December classes.

REMINDERS ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

No summer school funds are available through St. Luke’s Service League DBA "Harrington Memorial Fund"

Official Transcript due at the end of Fall Term i.e. block schedule, semester schedule completing 9 or 12 hours and postmark by December 31.

Priority mail isn’t necessary for communication to the St. Luke’s Service League DBA "Harrington Memorial Fund". All of OUR mail is received the same way through the Post Office Box. It shouldn’t cost you no more than $5.00 to send an application in the prescribed folder.  Schedule your time wisely, meet the deadline.

Do not use bubble wrap envelope to send applications as it's difficult to open.

Funds will be released mid-January for Spring semester for those who continue to qualify.

New scholarship applications will be released online around the first week of January  & Due by the middle of February for the following year. Specific Dates will be on the new application.

PLEASE – remember this Scholarship is a special opportunity. We (the committee) are not responsible to make sure your file is complete. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to comply with all GUIDELINES or YOUR SCHOLARSHIP may be in jeopardy of Probation, disqualification, or non-renewal. Any documents submitted become the property of St. Luke's Service League DBA "Harrington Memorial Fund" and will NOT be returned for any reason.
